Membership Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Membership is open to residents of Karnataka aged 18 and above. Family plans can include up to 4 immediate family members.
- Membership Validity: Each membership is valid for 1 year from the date of registration and payment.
- Emergency Medicine Benefit: Claims for emergency medicine benefit require valid hospital admission proof and prescription. There is a 15-day waiting period before this benefit can be claimed.
- Medicine Discounts: Discounts are available only at partner pharmacies. Present your membership ID at the time of purchase.
- Non-Transferable: Membership and benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by registered members.
- Upgrade Policy: Members can upgrade to a family plan anytime. Prorated balance from the current plan will be applied.
- Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.
- Support: 24/7 customer support is available for all members via phone and email.
- Data Privacy: All personal information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
- Changes to Policy: The company reserves the right to update terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
